We proceeded to the cleaning of a commercial building on the island of Montreal, following a fire. We cleaned 3 facades (about 7,500 sq. ft.) of stone and brick cladding with a dry ice blaster, we also cleaned the loading dock with a combination of recycled glass and water. Following the work, we collected and disposed of all our residues and more.
Following a fire, we proceeded to the cleaning of the exterior and interior masonry (approximately 500 ft 2) of the residential building located on the campus of McGill University. In addition, we proceeded to the demolition of asbestos in the ceiling of the corridor (approximately 100 ft 2). Following the work, we collected and disposed of all our residues before applying an encapsulation on the wood frame of the dwelling (approximately 1,500 ft2) where the fire started.
We proceeded to the removal of the paint, by sandblasting with recycled glass, on the masonry of an industrial building (approximately 5,200sq.ft.) which is about 100 years old. Following the work, we picked up and disposed of all our residues and more. The client was very happy with the result and the time frame. We were able to do the work during the day, without interrupting our client's production.
